International charity event
After two years marked by the situation linked to the Covid-19 epidemic, and following a rigorous selection process accompanied by a call for tenders, the safety and security of this event have been entrusted to the company Kronoss Sécurité.
In order to improve the general efficiency and effectiveness of the reaction to an incident, we have implemented the safety and security process, with the following objectives:
– Provide clarity to the various players in the private security chain.
– Enhance the security continuum, the basis of global security by including full and complete collaboration between public security forces and private actors.
– Involve all the stakeholders of the event in the process.
In a world in which the security context has clearly evolved with the emergence of new asymmetrical power relations, the security of goods and people is becoming the major concern.
Stealth of destabilizing actions requires in-depth knowledge of risks and threats.

Process
The process aims to anticipate known risks related to the event:
– Cannes film festival
– Ultra VIP clientele
– Precedence of international journalists
– Speed of dissemination of information via social networks
We also took into account the general context and known security indicators:
– The Vigipirate “attack risk” posture.
– The issue of the conflict in Ukraine with the return of East/West tensions
With the possibility of integrating new risks into the process through monitoring, status updates and corrective measures if necessary.
